Delivery Information
To make everything as easy as possible we offer free delivery wherever possible, the truth of the matter is - delivery is paid for by someone as some point when you purchase goods.
Paper rolls are shipped on a 1 - 3 day service, dependent on what time in the day you order. Generally orders placed before 11:30am can be delivered next day.
Bulk A4 Labels are 3 - 5 days for stock items, non stock items can take up to 14 days.
Computer Hardware 1 - 3 days.
If you have an urgent requirement please contact us and we can advise on delivery timescales. In addition to our own stock we have over 15 distributors right across the UK and Central Europe. We can supply consumables throughout Europe, however shipping generally makes it cheaper to souce smaller quantities locally.
Returns Policy
Any order that has been placed online can be cancelled prior to shipping of goods. Sco Logic do not supply goods for sample unless specifically requested and arranged. Incorrectly ordered parts are subject to a restocking fee of 15 - 25 percent of total order value. For further information on our returns policy please review our standard terms and conditions.
